The minimum age to rent a car from us is 21 and you must have your driver’s license for 2 years.
No, the second driver is free of charge. Of course the 2nd driver’s license must be provided and must fulfill the requirements mentioned above.
Yes, you can pay us in cash upon your arrival. There is no need to have a credit card. But you can pay us with your credit card if you like or through PayPal as well. It’s your choice.
For reservations to the airports and ports of Crete we require no deposit. You can pay us at the time of your arrival. We only require a deposit for reservations to hotels.
Yes, you can pick up and drop off the car at any airport, port or hotel in Crete. We’ve got the whole island covered! The charges for the various locations of pick up and drop off of your rental car are automatically added on your reservation.
Have no worries! Our staff will be there by the time you land anyway. Our colleagues will be checking your flight to stay informed and be there on time.
When making the contract you will only need your driver’s license and the payment. Nothing else.
Yes, there is an extra charge, which is automatically calculated and added to the price you will see on our reservation/quote form when you fill in the hour of the delivery and the collection of your car.
No, there are no extra charges at all. After filling in all the information needed in our reservation form, the price that comes up from our system is absolutely FINAL. With everything included in it, the insurances, the taxes, the delivery and the collection of the car…everything!
Full insurance 100% is included in all our prices in our website. The bottom of the car, the glasses, the tires, third party insurance. theft insurance, P.A.I (personal accident insurance), 24h assistance, C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver). There is 0 excess!

You just have to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up and written on your rental contract.
You just make a phone call to us and we will take care everything for you. We either fix the car or we provide you with another
In case you get a traffic ticket it is your responsibility to inform us and give us the payment along with the traffic ticket. In case you don’t do that the ticket will be sent to your home address by the Greek government. So it is better to respect the traffic law, drive under the speed limit and always wear a seatbelt most importantly for your safety. You should also be careful where you park your rental car.
There are no cancellation fees as long as you inform us at least 2 days before, in order for us to have the time to reschedule. In case you don’t inform us soon enough fees will be applied. We will appreciate it if you inform us as soon as your plans change.
Insurance does not cover key loss. You will be charged the price of the key and the delivery of the key to your location.
